Check in is from Midday on the day of your booking and no earlier (can check in as late as you need) you will have to be gone by 10am latest on the following day to ensure we have enough time to turn lodges around.
Friday will be 2 nights minimum stay and no single bookings for a Saturday, meaning your time will be after midday on Friday to leave by 10am Sunday. Rest of the week can be booked for one night stays and can be booked as many days as you want.
Each lodge can be booked for two anglers maximum, so if you wanted to share the cost then two people can stay in one lodge at the same cost. No more than a family of 4 in one lodge.
On the morning of your stay you will receive your key box code to get the key for the lodge and this is expected to be returned to the box before the code will be changed before the next arrival.
Lake exclusives can be booked just get in contact with a member of the team and we can discuss costings and dates.
General Rules
- Please put all rubbish and used cigarettes in the bins provided.
- Smoking cigarettes and or vapes in all lodges is prohibited.
- Please only smoke in outside areas.
- No fires allowed but BBQ’s can be used raised off the ground away from the decking and lodge.
- Please remember this is a lake with other guests, so try to keep a respectable noise level throughout your stay.
- Vehicles can only be stopped behind the pathway to the lodge and once equipment has been unloaded it park in the carp park at the end of the lake. Vehicles are parked in the car park at your own risk.
- No Pets allowed.
- Ideally a picture and weight of each fish should be recorded so we can track their progress.
Fishing Rules
- No fixed-lead rigs may be used, minimum hook, size 8.
- No nuts of any kind.
- No unattended rods. Under any circumstances, such as, if you leave rods to go to the toilet, or to visit a friends pod, you will receive one warning and the second time you will be asked to leave.
- All fish caught must be retained carefully and treated with Only retain fish in the hours of darkness. Carp Care Kit. ALL ANGLERS MUST OWN A CARP CARE KIT.
- If needed, always release the fish back into water in the retainer. Do not carry the fish over the decking in your hands. If you drop a fish or damage one, you will be charged accordingly.
- Currently bring your own landing net, sling/sack and mat/cradle but soon we will provide these and then, You must NOT bring your landing net; weigh sling or cradle on site. These will be checked daily and any damaged will be charged to your security deposit.
- Please bring your own rod pods or bank sticks/ buzz bars.
- You are more than welcome to bring and use bait boats
- No spinners or treble hooks there is only carp in our lake.
